A COLLECTION OF SIX 19th CENTURY TRUNCHEONS, being 1) military, varnished light hard-wood stamped with Broad Arrow and 'WD', leather wrist-strap, small chip out of pommel, 17 1/2 in.; 2) military, stained dark brown and varnished hard-wood, with two strikes of a crown with 'MP' below, some knocks, 18 in.: 3) stained dark brown and varnished hard-wood, leather wrist-strap, some minor chipping, varnish worn, 15 in.; 4) stained dark brown and varnished hard-wood, 15 1/2 in.; 5) black-painted hard-wood with gold 'VR' initials and '178' impressed below, black paint worn, 17 1/2 in.; 6) short brown painted and varnished, 11 in.
